Work In Progress!!
How many of us look in the mirror and say something negative about ourselves. I know I do. More often then I like to admit. The thing I find hard to do is to just be positive. Remember Inner Beauty is way more important than outer beauty.
You are doing a great job. Being consistent is super hard and sometimes we may slip up and that’s ok. There is always another meal always another day.
Remember set a realistic goal. Instead of saying I am going to work out 7 days a week and have NO more sweets. Try saying I will work out 3 days a week and only have something sweet once a week.
If you make it to work out more AWESOME but if you make 3 you reached your goal!!! The key is to just choose your hard. Figure out what season of fitness you are in and see how to change it if you are in the summer or winter months. 🙂
