Need a NEW KALE Recipe?

This one is GREAT!!! It’s easy and super yummy!!!

Need a NEW KALE Recipe?

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chicken stalk {make your own or use low sodium}

2 garlic cloves

1/2 red or white onion

smoked sun dried tomatoes

handful of olives

2 cups KALE

1/2 cup quinoa pasta

Directions:

add chicken stalk and saute the next 2 ingredients.  After 5 minutes or so add the tomatoes and olives let cook for a few minutes and then add KALE!!! I like mine crunchy so I let simmer for about 3-5 minutes but you can cook for about 15 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa and enjoy!!!
