Hey Y’all!! I have been experimenting a lot lately with food and different recipes.  I made this wrap and open faced sandwich the other day that was super duper yummy.  A must try for real!!

You can make this several ways.  You can use any green you want to wrap up the inside, a sprouted tortilla, or a piece of sprouted bread.  Use what works best for you.

I used my Pampered Chef food chopper to chop up some carrots, celery, onions, jalapenos, squash, and orange peppers. {you can use whatever you want though} set aside in a bowl.

Then I cut a few avocados up and smashed them until desired consistency. Then I added the above mixture to the avocado.

Next I made a yummy mix. {it’s almost the same one seen in the Freezer Fresh Meals post used for marinade}

You will need 1/2 T Nutritional Yeast

Juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 T of Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 clove of garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper to taste, and 1/2 T of Tamari Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos.

Mix together and add to avocado mixture.

Then you will get your green leaf and put the filling in.  I added some quinoa to the green wrap.

I would not add that to a tortilla or an open face sandwich.  I would add some greens to those.

Remember the filling can be added to the top of a salad or anything that works for you!!
