Eat this to burn fat naturally!
I have had several emails asking about diet pills and if I agree with them. If you would have asked me a few years ago I would have said yes, I think they work. I know they do because I’ve seen people lose weight taking them. However, it is only temporary! What can we do to burn fat naturally long term?
You have to choose to make a lifestyle change!!! There is no magic pill or drink that will keep your weight down. We must first learn to make better choices in our daily lifestyles, and remember to make it
EAT MORE GREENS!!!!! I can’t express to you how much better you will feel by doing this one simple thing! Greens help keep fat gone! Let’s face it…. Nobody ever complained of gaining weight by eating too many greens! Greens help purify your blood. They help break down mucus in your lungs. For all y’all who have gunk in your chest permanently due to allergies add some greens and it will disappear. If no at least it will lower significantly. They help fight diseases. Help improve bowls and make your skin glow!
There are several ways to eat these but we love green smoothies!
Nuts! These amazing little things help keep you feeling satiated (feeling full). Which in turn helps you to not eat as much. Tada!!! you do not take in fewer calories. Remember with nuts 1 handful is all you need!
Beans also are a great fat burning food! These help you feel full due to the fiber in them. So they help you not eat as much too!
Chili Peppers! These amazing beauties are great because they contain capsaicin. This is said to break down fat by heating up your body and causing a diet induced thermogeniesis.
Goya is also said to block fat naturally! This is also helps prevent cancer. Goya is very bitter so try making a tea with it or using a little in a green smoothie!
Ginger!! You have to use the real root! It is also said to have shogaol and gingerol that helps block fat! Ginger is great for lowering blood sugar, high blood pressure, and decreasing fat! Not only can you cook with this but you can put in smoothies and make some great teas!! ( I hope to post a tea with ginger next week)
Enokitake is a mushroom that has chitosan in it. This is another great fat blocker! Enokitake also helps with bowls, decrease visceral fat, lower cholesterol, and helps detox.
